Please Review All of These Important Instructions: 

  1. If you have not already done so, please give us your complete phone number. This is necessary even if you want Suzanne to call you by Skype or Zoom. If the Internet connection isn't clear, she may need to call you by phone.

    If you’re outside the US, give us your landline phone number—include your country code and your full phone number. Suzanne will not be able to call mobile phone lines, except for Canada and the US.

  2. When you book to your session, if you indicated you want Suzanne to contact you by one of these methods:
  • SKYPE
    ->Email us your Skype name. Then add Reveal Wisdom to your Skype contacts. 

  • ZOOM
    We will send you an email with a link for the Zoom call 1-3 days before your appointment.
    ->Please check your email before your call with Suzanne. 

    Review these instructions for a clear connection with Skype and Zoom. Note that Suzanne lives in the country and the internet connection usually only supports an audio connection. Because her upload speed is slow you will not be able to see her, but she might be able to see you.

Tips

  • Although it's not necessary, you may provide your desired outcome for your session or background information for Suzanne. 
  • It might be useful to have a pen and paper handy in case you want to take notes during the call because Suzanne will not be able to answer questions about the call later.
  • If you want to record the phone call, please test your recording device or app in advance. You can record conversations using Skype and Zoom, but it will be your responsibility to remember to select Record. Note that with Zoom you can typically record if you call from a personal computer but not other devices. 
  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, there is a $50 charge because someone else could have taken that appointment.
