Inner Circle Group Healing Instructions
Imagine the power of a Group Healing session with highly evolved individuals from around the globe.

7:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. CT*
Suzanne B. Stryker will begin preparation for the Group Healing with meditation and spiritual practices at 7:00 a.m. and continue until 8:45 a.m. CT. You are welcome to do your meditation, yoga, prayer or spiritual practices along with her.
Join in any time, for as long as you like.
8:45 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. CT*
Simply close your eyes and rest.

If the time or date is not convenient
Join in for a few minutes any time between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. CT. If that is not possible, don't worry, Suzanne will be doing a healing for you anyway.

There is no charge for the Inner Circle Group Healing session.
Everyone who has received a Distance Healing from Suzanne since April 1 will receive an invitation. It is not necessary to let us know whether or not you will join the Group Healing.
This is a remote Group Healing session. We are not connected by phone, Zoom or internet. This is not a conference call or webinar. This is a Group Healing done in pure silence.
You can enjoy the Group Healing by yourself in the comfort of your own home or wherever you like.
If you go to bed at a reasonable hour and stay well rested, you will be more powerful and likely to fulfill your wishes for yourself and others. If you’re waking up tired, that’s a good indication you need more rest. Take good care yourself and everyone around you will benefit.
Before the Group Healing, it is optional to think about or write down what outcome you would like from the Group Healing. Your good wishes can include your loved ones and the whole world.
What to Do
Wherever you are, get comfortable, sit or lie down and bask in the bliss of universal love and healing power. At the beginning of the Group Healing, it is optional to remember or read your intentions. Then, simply close your eyes and rest.
Whenever you are finished participating in the Group Healing, for the next 10 minutes or so, you might wish to take advantage of the enlivened field of all possibilities. Here are some suggestions:
- Work on your most important task or project.
- Express your creativity through art, music or writing.
- Do what Suzanne calls “Writing for Answers” to tap into your inner guru and get answers to your own questions. To do this, write down a question or topic you want insights on and then write continuously without thinking, editing or stopping. Of course, you will want to consider on the level of common sense any information you receive and consult the appropriate expert, if applicable.
- Stretch, do yoga and/or breathing exercises (pranayama).
- Join a synchronized global group meditation.
