I love people and everything in between. Today, I share personal examples and pictures of how love and art can improve our inner and outer worlds.
Before and After
The humble beginnings of our roughly painting living room floor.
First, I sanded the old paint.
Then I prepared the surface by priming with a fresh coat of paint, sanding again and taping two-foot squares.
Each of the 40 squares took about 45 minutes to paint.
My husband wanted to take a picture after I was finished.
Change the Vibe
In this ever-changing world, let your personal space serve as an anchor to inner peace. You do not need to be an artist to change the vibe—although appreciation helps. Early this morning, I woke up with these sweet feelings:
Our pecan armoire stands strong and tall in the center of our home, like a loving mother tree, ready to hold and embrace my artwork and serve in whatever way she pecan can.
As beautiful as a pond surrounded by flowers, our glass table and chairs are best friends always there to support us in nourishment, work and relaxation.
Upgrade Your Internal and External World
Give your home a heart. When you walk into your space, feel embraced by the loving support of your furniture and surroundings. Think of them like loyal friends and family. Appreciate the creation of your furnishings—their beginnings, perhaps as a tree sprout, nourished by a gardener, and lovingly designed and made by a craftsman.
Honor and respect what you have; it is an extension of yourself. Beautify your environment: De-clutter, clean, repair or replace. Do what feels good to make it your special sanctuary.
Your Experiences
By random pick from among my newsletter subscribers, I frequently gift Distance Healings. Angela's experience fits in perfectly with our theme of upgrading our inner and outer space.
"Thank you for the gift of two Distance Healings. I asked for a healing of energy field and physical form. In the past five years, I've had many challenges that left me with a large amount of resentment, bitterness and an inability to feel any love or really my heart space at all. Prior to that, I was more open and loving.
"The day after my second healing with Suzanne, I felt like someone had taken a cosmic broom and swept away a whole lot of garbage, leaving me with clear head space, much more access to my heart and an urging by my inner voice to forgive each time I thought a resentful or angry thought. I can feel my heart space now, which is a huge improvement.
"Right before you emailed that I was the lucky recipient of two Distance Healings, I asked God to please help me find my way through the morass of anger and resentment that was weighing me down and preventing me from accessing my inner self. What an answer to my prayer! I am very, very grateful. Thank you SO much. What a wonderful, generous gift to humanity your healings are."
