Phone/Zoom Session Instructions
Please Review All of These Important Instructions:
- If you have not already done so, please email us your phone number. This is necessary even if you want to connect with Suzanne by Zoom. If the internet connection isn't clear and you live in North America, she may need to call you by phone.
- If you are having a Zoom session with Suzanne, we will email you the Zoom link a few days before your appointment.
Tips
- Although not necessary, you may provide your desired outcome for your session or background information for Suzanne.

What happens during your session with Suzanne depends on what you need and want to do. The time is usually best spent doing quiet or guided healing work. Suzanne does not present herself as a psychic, however, you can discuss spiritual topics or areas of concern with her. You do not need to decide in advance. What is best will naturally unfold.

If you are having a Zoom session, please test your setup in advance and 15 minutes before the session.
- After your session, Suzanne will not be able to answer questions about what was discussed. If desired, take notes or record the session. If you plan on recording, please test your setup in advance.
- Even with a Zoom session, you will not see Suzanne. If the internet connection supports it, she may be able to see you.
- If you need to cancel your appointment, contact us at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, there is a $50 charge because someone else could have taken that appointment.
