As we pass through the doorway to a new year, I have wishes and gifts to offer. My New Year's wish for you is that every moment of every day will be delightful. I have some of my most delightful times while doing mundane tasks. In this newsletter, I share my experiences with the intention to enliven something wonderful in you:
As I brush my teeth,
I look deeper into the mirror.
I see a blue sky with star eyes
shining on a silver waterfall
that curls around my shoulders
and disappears
into the edges of the universe.
I am everything everywhere
and loving it.

When I was with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, he liked to talk about brahman consciousness. He explained, “Even the farthest reaches of the galactic universe which we can’t see are still concretely cognized and appreciated as an expression of the Self.”
I don't claim to be enlightened or be better than anyone else. How could I be superior when I am one with every creature? I am a continual work in progress and always will be, as far as I can tell. But that doesn't stop me from having a good time. I keep growing, learning and smiling.

I experience my individual body as cosmic and made of pure knowledge, Veda. Simple activities seem sacred – chopping vegetables, rinsing dishes, walking, etc. At any time, I can hear hymns of Veda flowing in my awareness, like a holy ceremony, a yagya.

What is most visually fascinating is experiencing my body on the level of consciousness. On that level, my body looks completely different inside. It is made up of self-effulgent jewels of pure awareness that radiate exquisite colors of light. These gems are not stagnant. They are alive and glowing, sparkling and flowing through various channels of my nervous system. Or maybe I should say un-nervous system because my body seems to be unbounded and made of pure silence.

Gift of Transforming Habits
We have before us a unique opportunity for transforming our lives and our world for better times. To assist that transformation, let us do what we can to purify and reprogram ourselves. Now is the time to drop old baggage and habits that are not serving us so that we can make space for this great change to happen within us and around us.

Even if we do not have overt addictions, we may want to transform tendencies such as procrastinating, rushing, sitting too much or overworking. Most people I talk to want to be more disciplined with their exercise, diet, bedtime and/or screen time.

When I was a child, I noticed that people around me had addictive tendencies. Every single day, my father exercised. Every night, he had a few beers. I concluded that addiction was inevitable, so I decided to use that tendency to get hooked on good habits. Over time, I have had more insights and developed specific steps to transform habits which have helped many. I finally made a recording and have only shared it with a small number of people. It contains tools to empower you, help you resist temptations, lead a balanced life and be successful.
Everyone who has received a Distance Healing from December 1 to January 24 will automatically receive a link for this recording by the end of the month.
Your Success Reports
"For 25 years, I ate uncontrollably and I gained 100 pounds, which caused me great misery. I went to eating disorder clinics and support groups and did all the work suggested to no avail. After Suzanne put her attention on this, I haven't had any episodes of binge eating and it's been four months. It's a miracle!"
Jean Tremblay
"Thank you for the last long Distance Healing. It was very encouraging. I have already lost 10 pounds."

I am always impressed to read about your experiences. Do you ever watch a movie? Does it interfere with your experiences or do the experiences make movie viewing seem insignificant? It would seem that a normal day for you is beyond my scope of imagination. I am happy for you.
So insightful to practice healthy addictions at such a young age.
